Revelation of John 15:6-8

6 and the ^aseven angels who had the seven plagues ^bcame out of the ^{▼▼Or sanctuary}temple, clothed in ^{▼▼One early ms stone}linen, clean and bright, and ^etheir chests wrapped with golden sashes. 7 And one of the ^ffour living creatures gave the ^gseven angels seven ^hgolden bowls full of the ⁱwrath of God, who ^jlives forever and ever. 8 And the ^{▼▼Or sanctuary}temple was filled with ^lsmoke from the glory of God and from His power; and no one was able to enter the ^{▼▼Or sanctuary}temple until the seven plagues of the seven angels were finished.

Revelation of John 16

The Bowls of Wrath

1 Then I heard a loud voice from ⁿthe ^{▼▼Or sanctuary}temple, saying to the ^pseven angels, “Go and ^qpour out on the earth the seven bowls of the wrath of God.”

2 So the first angel went and poured out his bowl ^ron the earth; and a harmful and painful ^ssore ^{▼▼Lit came upon}afflicted the people ^uwho had the mark of the beast and who worshiped his image.

3 The second angel poured out his bowl ^vinto the sea, and it became blood like that of a dead man; and every living ^{▼▼Lit soul}thing in the sea died.

4 Then the third angel poured out his bowl into the ^xrivers and the springs of waters; and they ^ybecame blood. 5 And I heard the angel of the waters saying, “ ^zRighteous are You, ^aathe One who is and who was, O ^abHoly One, because You ^acjudged these things; 6 for they poured out ^adthe blood of saints and prophets, and You have given them ^aeblood to drink. They ^{▼▼Lit are worthy}deserve it.” 7 And I heard ^agthe altar saying, “Yes, ^ahLord God, the Almighty, ^aitrue and righteous are Your judgments.”

8 And the fourth angel poured out his bowl upon ^ajthe sun, ^akand it was given power to scorch people with fire. 9 And the people were scorched with ^{▼▼Lit great}fierce heat; and they ^amblasphemed the name of God who has the power over these plagues, and they ^andid not repent so as to ^aogive Him glory.

10 And the fifth angel poured out his bowl on the ^apthrone of the beast, and his kingdom became ^aqdarkened; and they gnawed their tongues because of pain, 11 and they ^arblasphemed the ^asGod of heaven because of their pain and their ^atsores; and they ^audid not repent of their deeds.

12 The sixth angel poured out his bowl on the ^avgreat river, the Euphrates; and ^awits water was dried up, so that ^axthe way would be prepared for the kings ^ayfrom the ^{▼▼Lit rising of the sun}east.

Har-Magedon (Armageddon)

13 And I saw coming out of the mouth of the ^badragon, and out of the mouth of the ^bbbeast, and out of the mouth of the ^bcfalse prophet, three ^bdunclean spirits like ^befrogs; 14 for they are ^bfspirits of demons, ^bgperforming signs, which go out to the kings of the ^bhentire ^{▼▼Lit inhabited earth}world, to ^bjgather them together for the war of the ^bkgreat day of God, the Almighty. 15 (“Behold, ^blI am coming like a thief. ^bmBlessed is the one who stays awake and keeps his clothes, ^bnso that he will not walk about naked and people will not see his shame.”) 16 And they ^bogathered them together to the place which ^bpin Hebrew is called ^bqHar-Magedon.

The Seventh Bowl of Wrath

17 Then the seventh angel poured out his bowl upon ^brthe air, and a ^bsloud voice came out of the ^{▼▼Or sanctuary
,} ^butemple from the throne, saying, “ ^bvIt is done.” 18 And there were flashes of ^bwlightning and sounds and peals of thunder; and there was ^bxa great earthquake, ^bysuch as there had not been since mankind came to be upon the earth, so great an earthquake was it, and so mighty. 19 ^bzThe great city ^{▼▼Lit became three}was split into three parts, and the cities of the ^{▼▼Or Gentiles}nations fell. ^ccBabylon the great was ^cdremembered in the sight of God, to give her ^cethe cup of the wine of ^{▼▼Lit wrath of His anger}His fierce wrath. 20 And ^cgevery island fled, and no mountains were found. 21 And ^chhuge ^{▼▼Lit hail}hailstones, weighing about ^{▼▼I.e., as a measure of weight about 100 lb. or 45 kg}a talent each, *came down from heaven upon people; and people ^ckblasphemed God because of the ^clplague of the hail, because ^{▼▼Lit its plague}the hailstone plague *was extremely ^{▼▼Lit great}severe.
